We are paid as a percentage of net collections, not a flat monthly fee. Industry percentage billing typically ranges from 4% to 9% of net collections, with the most competitive quotes between 5% and 7%. Your exact rate depends on specialty, claim volume, and scope.

No. Engagement is month-to-month with no multi-year lock-in. You can leave at any time.

Is Quilven HIPAA compliant?

Yes. Before any protected health information is exchanged, we sign a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement under 45 CFR 160.103.

What does the free 48-hour AR audit cover?
